Set in fully polished silvered stainless steel, its satin-finish white dial is subtly tinted red, in a shade of monochrome with its second hand.

With subtle touches of blue on satin white, the Origine series offers a timeless composition. Its modern dial with multiple indexes breaks with its traditional moon phase. The overall composition, pure and discreet, bears witness to a creation designed to endure the ages.
Its number echoes Isaac Asimov's Foundation, published in 1951.
Mu:n first creative experience
For almost 2 years, thousands of enthusiasts actively participated in the first Mu:n creation. The Origin Series is the result of this unprecedented collaboration, bringing together thousands of watch lovers and industry experts.
AN ODE TO ASTRONOMICAL PRECISION
The dial of the Origine series has 6 indexes on a refined composition: seconds, minutes, 12 and 24 hours, solar day and moon age.
Witness to its French base, its 24-hour graduation echoes the terrestrial synodic revolution, in base 24.
THE MOON, XVIII
The oscillating weight is inspired by the map The Moon XVIII from the Tarot of Marseille, drawn by Jean Dodal in the 17th century. Reinvented by Mu:n in the form of six coats of arms in bas-relief, each allegory is affixed to a decoration with a specific finish.
Two wolf dogs, a tower, a crayfish, as well as the Moon and its rays are laser engraved on a fully decorated skeleton mass.
STIPPLING AND PAPER SPIRAL
The caliber presents the highest degree of finishing offered by the Manufactures, on a fully rhodium-plated movement. The latter is visible through an open case back in sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment
CALIBER SW288-1A
The model is equipped with the SW288-1a caliber, from the Sellita manufactures. As a standard of Swiss watchmaking excellence, it features a rapid day/night correction, a day calendar and a moon phase complication.
The caliber is offered in an elaborate setting, at +/-7 seconds per day, controlled in Switzerland at the PH Saner workshop.

This approach is based on three commitments, at the heart of the manifesto: collaboration, transparency, and accuracy.

Les ateliers derrière cette édition
Aussi bien dans l'origine de ses composants que dans ses coûts de production, le Projet Mu:n s'engage sur une totale transparence envers sa communauté.
Cette première édition a été réalisé en partenariat avec des ateliers franco-suisses, alliant un savoir traditionnel et une technologie de pointe.
Fondée en 1950 à La Chaux-de-Fonds, Sellita débute en qualité d'assembleur de mouvements mécaniques. La société évolue ensuite vers la conception et la production de sa propre gamme de mouvements, avant de s'imposer au fil des années comme véritable pilier de l’industrie horlogère suisse.
Partenaires des Projets Mu:n depuis octobre 2020, les manufactures Sellita sont en charge du développement et de la production des mouvements automatiques SW200.

MOUVEMENT • DÉCORS
Société francophone fondée en 1992, PERFEX a noué pendant plus de 30 ans des liens étroits avec l'ensemble des acteurs du bassin industriel de Shenzhen. Cœur battant de l'horlogerie moderne, la région supplante désormais les bassins européens dans la production de pièces standardisées, tant en terme d'outillage que de prix.
Depuis mars 2020, PERFEX assure depuis son bureau de contrôle à Hong-Kong l'approvisionnement en matériaux et composants industriels pour les Projets Mu:n.

Fondé en 1983 dans le village d'Avoudrey en Franche-Comté, le groupe SIS se positionne comme étendard de la haute maroquinerie française. Fort de 30 années d'expérience et d'une école de formation en interne, le groupe se prévaut d'une alliance entre une confection artisanale et un parc machine de dernière génération.
Suite une collaboration initiée en janvier 2022, le groupe SIS prend en charge depuis mars 2023 l’entièreté de la gamme cuir des Projets Mu:n.

Fondé en 1970, PH Saner SA a vécu au rythme de l'horlogerie. D'un petit atelier familial spécialisé dans le remontage de mouvements mécaniques, la société est portée par l'essor du Quartz dans les années 1980. Fort d'un site de production, l'atelier renoue avec son cœur de métier au début des années 2000, préfigurant ainsi le retour des mouvements mécaniques.
L'atelier accompagne les projets Mu:n depuis Avril 2022. Il se pose en garant du label Swiss Made, et maîtrise l'ensemble de la chaîne d'assemblage : des modifications du mouvement jusqu'au service après-vente.
PH Saner SA
EMBOÎTAGE • S.A.V
Fondé en 1998, AJS Production est spécialisé dans la modification de mouvements et la production de pièces miniatures pour de grandes maisons horlogères. Fort d'un bureau d’étude en perpétuelle innovation, l'entreprise s'est notamment distinguée lors de l'Exhibitors Grand Prix 2016 à Genève pour son savoir-faire dans la miniaturisation.
Depuis janvier 2021, AJS Production accompagne les Projets Mu:n de l'élaboration des dessins techniques au développement et à la réalisation de pièces miniatures (masse oscillante, disque de lune, ...).
