Contest • Origin No. 5I Blue

Hello everyone,

To mark the first chapter of the ARIANE project, and to thank all participating creators, we are offering the quartz model ORIGINE No. 5I.

This competition ties in with the collaborative spirit of the project: to keep the community thriving and growing through word-of-mouth, rather than paid advertising. Our aim has therefore been to make it accessible to all, by minimizing its conditions.

To enter the draw, simply :

1. Create and vote for your model; you will then receive a unique link.

2. Share your unique link with two other enthusiasts.

Once they have voted using your link, you will automatically be entered in the draw and will receive your confirmation number by e-mail.

Please find below the rules and detailed conditions of the draw.

ELIGIBILITY

Once they have completed their creation and voted for their model, each participant receives a unique link by e-mail,

A participant is eligible if at least two (2) different people have participated in the collaborative creation using his/her unique link.

< Participation > means finalizing a creation and voting for a model by entering one's e-mail address. Subscription to the ARIANE newsletter is not mandatory to consider a vote as valid.

The draw is open to anyone aged 18 or under with written parental consent.

MODEL

The draw is for an ORIGINE No. 5I. model, delivered with a two-year warranty in its original box. The choice of Blue or Red model is at the winner's discretion.

Model specifications are available on the Mu:n website.

Prizes are neither exchangeable for cash nor transferable.

DRAW

The draw period begins on 05 October 2023 and ends at the close of voting, scheduled for November 2023. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered, unless otherwise specified by the organizer.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants at the end of the draw period. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries.

The winner will be notified by e-mail. They must reply within thirty (30) days to claim their prize and provide their personal details (surname, first name, delivery address). If no reply is received, the prize will be deemed to have been refused. A new draw will then take place to determine a new winner, according to the same terms and conditions.

If the winner accepts his/her prize, he/she acknowledges that he/she agrees to his/her name being published by the draw organizer, in accordance with current legislation.

LEGAL NOTICE

The organizer cannot be held responsible for printing errors, technical failures, hardware or software problems, any interruption of service, network breakdowns, transmission problems, delays in participation or any other unforeseen situation that may affect the smooth running of the draw.

The organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the draw, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, should unforeseen circumstances arise.

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant or to revoke a prize in the event of violation of the rules, fraud, misuse or inappropriate behavior, at the organizer's discretion.

The prize draw is subject to French law.

By participating in this prize draw, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
