#PRODUCTION UPDATE: NIGHT OF THE STARS 2026

Here is an update on the production of the series Nuit des Etoiles with the provisional schedule to give you more visibility on the progress and the different stages of production.

CONTEXT AND REASON FOR THE DELAY

At the end of August, during the initial inspection of the dials, we discovered that the semi-transparent central section reflected too much light , reducing the visibility of our moon phase disc. This was a significant detail for us, leading us to restart production of this component, adding approximately 25 days to the dial production time. This setback has delayed the delivery of the first 200 watches until early November . However, the schedule for the final 100 pieces remains unchanged , with deliveries still planned for December.

MOON DISC MANUFACTURING

We are taking advantage of this production update to share a video about the manufacturing process of the moon disc from the Night of the Stars series.

Each Nuit des Étoiles disc begins with a thin 0.28 mm brass disc. Super-LumiNova® pigment is mixed with a binder to create a paste, which is then formed into a thin white sheet before being laser-cut into luminescent stickers. Each sticker is then applied by hand to the brass.

A white undercoat is sprayed to diffuse the light, then several layers of midnight blue cover the entire surface: the disc then reaches a thickness of 0.35 mm and the Super-LumiNova® disappears under the paint. Next comes the femtosecond laser, whose pulses are measured in millionths of a billionth of a second.

Point by point, he removes the paint at varying depths: the deeper the groove, the brighter the star, and the most intense ones reach down to Super-LumiNova®. The sky thus engraved faithfully reproduces that of the evening of the first Night of the Stars in 1991. Finally, the same process engraves the craters of the two moons. By day, the dial remains midnight blue. In the dark, the 1991 sky lights up.

We sincerely thank you for your patience and trust. We are fully aware of the additional wait for the first 200 watches and are currently doing everything possible, with our various workshops, to accelerate the final stages of production and deliver them to you as quickly as possible.

Regarding the last 100 pieces, we confirm that the initial schedule remains unchanged , with deliveries still planned for December 2026. The delay encountered on the first batch therefore has no impact on the second.

Thank you again to everyone for your understanding and support throughout this project.
