WARRANTY AND USER GUIDE

Artemis Project

  • A railway scale is presented around the moon window. This scale follows the lunar cycle over 29.50 days. By drawing an imaginary straight line between the center of the dial and the center of the Moon, you can read the age on the scale.


    The Moon disc rotates every day, advancing one notch on the scale.

    1.  Pull the crown out to position III (the watch stops).

    2.  Turn the crown until the current time is displayed (respect the 24-hour clock rhythm).

    3.  Push the crown back to position I.

    1.  Pull the crown to position II (the watch continues to run).

    2.  Turn the crown until the current date is displayed.

    3.  Push the crown back to position I.

    1.  Using a lunar calendar, determine the age of the moon (from 1 to 29.5)

    2. Pull the crown out to position III (the watch stops).

    3.  Turn the crown to advance the minute hand until the correct moon age is displayed. Turning the 24h hand advances the moon phase by one notch, i.e. by one day.

    4.  Push the crown back to position II and set the current date using the quick correction and push the crown back to position I.

    ​

    Note : If the age of your moon advances by a day or two, it's best to set your watch to position 3 to stop it, and wait for 24-48 hours for it to be up to date.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects during normal use. We replace defective components caused by a manufacturing error free of charge. However, it does not apply to the following situations:

    ​

    1.  Theft or loss.

    2.  Normal wear of the watch, such as scratched glass or impact on the case.

    3.  Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, accident or inappropriate use of the watch, including non-compliance with the instructions for use.

    4.  Indirect damage related to normal wear and tear, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the watch.

    With regard to bracelets and accessories, the warranty covers manufacturing defects, but is not applicable in the event of theft, loss, normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling, misuse, negligence, accident or inappropriate use.

  • The warranty is valid for a period of 2 years:

     

    1.  from the order date, for any standard order;

    2.  from the delivery date, for any order made as a pre-order.

  • After receipt of your items, you are given 14 days to initiate a return procedure. To this end, please send us an email to contact@mun-watches.com. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with all necessary instructions for returning your order.

    Please note that items to be returned must remain unused and retain their original packaging and labels. We reserve the right to decline a return request if the products show signs of wear.

  • No administrative fees are required for a return or exchange. Carrier costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund is made within 14 days following the date of receipt of the package by our teams.

  • No returns or exchanges are authorized as part of a pre-order made on the Kickstarter platform.
